Sujit Ghosh from Kolkata went in the limca book of records for opening the highest number of email accounts on one hand. According to Mr Ghosh he is handicapped and hence he wanted to do something extraordinary. He managed to open a total of 5555 email accounts on rediffmail in just 25 days. The email accounts kept increasing in number ranging from Kolkataismycity1@rediffmail.com to Kolkataismycity5555@rediffmail.com.

Gordon Ramsay, better knows as chief Ramsay from the hit series Hells kitchen acts as a judge as 26-year-old mother of one from Asam Mrs Anandita Dutta gobbeled 51 of the worlds hottest chillies (capsicum frutescens) in front hundereds of people in just two minitues. Well, this Indian lady is going down in history. She is 70 years old and is now become the world’s oldest mother. Omkari Panwar, from muzaffarnagar, gave birth to twins, a boy and a girl. Even though she used an expensive IVF (invitrofertilazation ) treatment to reproduce, her record will still stand in the Guinness book of world records. Amazingly, she opted for this treatment with her 77 year old husband to produce a male heir who would take care of their land. With such advancement in technology, we can expect India to make yet another entry in the world records; the most populous country in the world.
